The Halifax is a 1775 armed schooner. Built in 1/4 inch scale including rigging plans. The fully rigged model is 26 x 20 3/4 x 7 1/4. Detailed construction of the Halifax is featured in the book The Colonial Schooner by Harold Hahn. Laser cut parts are keel, keelson, deadwood, stern post, wing transom, stem stern post, deck beams, rudder, mast partners, breathook and framing jig.This timbering set includes a laser cut stern with carvings and windows. Milled stock is framing material, ledges, carlings, figurehead block, swivel gun mounts, hatch coamings, deck house, clamps, windlass barrel and bracket, wales, cat heads, framing jig and hull planking and plans.
Kits are available in beech, cherry, maple and swiss pear.
All kits include building jig and all plans.
